It has never been easier to upload your docs into the cloud; nothing to set up between your scanner and computer; everything is ready! The papers you receive everyday will no longer haunt your desk! Our unique technology creates a link between your document’s hard copy and its digital version, which is stored in the cloud. On your online space you will be informed of the physical position of your document (ex: Box 1, Divider 2, Page 7)

Xambox is the only solution that lets you classify everything without doing anything! Just click on “scan” to send the document to your Xambox. The document goes into an archive box and the digital copy saves the position of the original document in your Xambox.

You will never lose hours searching a document because we integrated a unique search engine just like Google’s. This feature works in combination with an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) so that any word from the document can be used as a search keyword.
